Features include browsing our inventory, getting pre-qualified for financing, completing your purchase, and arrange delivery—all from the comfort of your home. Our digital platform is soon to handle all paperwork electronically, and we will offer home delivery or pickup options. You can also schedule a test drive or visit our location if you prefer to see the vehicle in person before purchasing.

We inspect all major systems including engine, transmission, brakes, suspension, electrical components, and safety features. Any issues found during inspection are repaired before the vehicle is listed for sale. We provide a detailed vehicle history report (Carfax or AutoCheck) with every listing, showing accident history, service records, and ownership details. All vehicles must meet our quality standards before being offered for sale.

We believe in transparent pricing with no hidden fees. Our listed price is the price you pay for the vehicle. Additional fees may include: state registration and title fees (varies by state), documentation fee ($85), and optional extended warranty or protection packages. We do not charge dealer markup, destination fees, or processing fees. Your final out-the-door price will be clearly displayed before purchase, including all applicable taxes and fees based on your location.

Yes, we offer convenient home delivery across the continental United States. Delivery is complimentary within 50 miles of our location. For longer distances, delivery fees are calculated based on distance and displayed during checkout. Your vehicle will be delivered by a professional driver, fully insured during transport. We'll schedule a convenient delivery time, and you can complete a final inspection upon arrival. If you prefer, you're also welcome to pick up your vehicle at our location.

We accept multiple payment methods for your convenience: financing through our lending partners, cashier's check, wire transfer, and major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover). If paying with a credit card, a 3% processing fee may apply. Down payments can be made securely in store, and we use encrypted payment processing to protect your financial information.

The Autora buying process is designed for speed and convenience. Once you select a vehicle, you can get pre-qualified for financing withen minutes during our normal business hours (subject to change). We are currently working on features that will help you purchase completly online. This process typically takes 20-30 minutes, including reviewing and signing documents electronically. If paying cash, the process is even faster. After purchase, delivery or pickup can be scheduled as soon as the next business day, or at your convenience.

Your pre-paid warranty covers repairs for all included components. For warranty repairs, simply call us at our store number for a consultation, or send us an email at warranty@autora.us. Contact our warranty department for authorization, and approved repairs will be covered according to your warranty terms. For non-warranty repairs or maintenance, you're free to use any mechanic of your choice. We also offer optional prepaid maintenance plans that cover routine services like oil changes, tire rotations, and inspections.

Yes! Schedule a test drive online by selecting your preferred vehicle and choosing a convenient date and time. Test drives are available at our location during business hours. You can also request a video walk-around of any vehicle, where our team will show you every requested detail via live video call.
