7-Day Return & Exchange Policy.

At Autora, we want you to purchase your vehicle with confidence. That's why we offer a voluntary 7-Day Return & Exchange Policy on eligible vehicles. This policy begins on the date you take delivery of your vehicle and allows you to return or exchange it within seven (7) calendar days, provided all eligibility requirements below are met. This policy is offered as a customer benefit and is separate from any rights provided under applicable law.

Eligibility requirements

To qualify, the vehicle must be returned within seven (7) calendar days of delivery and must not have been driven more than 250 miles after delivery. The vehicle must be returned in substantially the same condition in which it was delivered, normal wear from reasonable use excepted. All original keys, owner's manuals, accessories, charging equipment (if applicable), floor mats, and any other items provided at delivery must also be returned.

A vehicle is not eligible for return or exchange if it has been involved in an accident, damaged in any way, abused, neglected, or subjected to excessive wear. Vehicles that have been modified, altered, customized, or repaired after delivery, including cosmetic, mechanical, electrical, software, suspension, wheel, tire, exhaust, window tint, or performance modifications, are not eligible for return or exchange. Likewise, vehicles that have had parts removed or replaced, have been used for racing, commercial purposes, or illegal activity, or have become subject to any lien or encumbrance other than the financing created in connection with your purchase are not eligible. Autora reserves the right to inspect every returned vehicle before approving a return or exchange.

How to start a return

If you wish to return your vehicle, you must notify Autora before the expiration of the 7-day return period. Return requests may be made during our normal business hours:

Once your request has been approved, we will provide instructions for completing your return. Unless otherwise agreed by Autora in writing, you are responsible for returning the vehicle to our dealership. You remain responsible for the vehicle until it has been received and inspected by Autora.

Exchanges

If you would rather exchange your vehicle than receive a refund, you may request an exchange for another eligible vehicle in Autora's inventory. Replacement vehicles are subject to availability, financing approval (if applicable), and execution of new purchase documents. Any difference in vehicle price, taxes, government fees, registration costs, or financing charges will be collected from or refunded to you, as applicable. Autora reserves the right to limit or decline exchanges at its sole discretion.

Non-refundable charges

Shipping, transportation, and vehicle delivery charges are non-refundable. Any non-refundable deposit, reservation fee, or similar payment identified as non-refundable at the time of purchase will not be refunded. Fees paid to third parties that cannot be recovered may also be non-refundable to the extent permitted by law.

Refunds

If your return is approved, your refund will generally be issued using your original method of payment. If your purchase involved financing, additional time may be required to unwind the transaction, satisfy any loan obligations, and release any liens. Refunds are typically initiated within 10 business days after Autora has received and accepted the returned vehicle and all required paperwork has been completed. Depending on your financial institution, it may take additional business days before funds appear in your account.

Policy limits

Autora reserves the right to deny any return or exchange that does not comply with this policy or if fraud, misrepresentation, abuse of the policy, or any attempt to circumvent these requirements is suspected.

This 7-Day Return & Exchange Policy applies only to eligible vehicles sold by Autora and may be modified or discontinued at any time for future transactions. Any changes will not affect purchases completed before the effective date of the revised policy.
